Xu Duan is controlled by Jiangsu Furen Group. The company was founded in 1951, the plant covers an area of 250,000 square meters and has assets of 400 million yuan. In October 2016, Xuduan successfully acquired the German ebu Umformtechnik GmbH company, marking the opening of Chinese presses to the world’s advanced manufacturing ranks.
